STEVEN E. LOSQUADRO, P.C. is a law firm whic h consists of Steven Losquadro, Esq., associate attorneys and support staff. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of Complex Criminal and Civil Litigation, Governmental Relations and Election Law, Land Use and Real Estate Law and Labor Law, as well as in the representation of municipal and other boards and agencies.

Mr. Losquadro is a former Manhattan prosecutor who served in the office of Robert M. Morgenthau. The firm’s Criminal and Civil Litigation practice consists of trial practice in state and federal courts, interaction with federal and local law enforcement agencies, subpoena compliance and conducting internal investigations.

The firm also practices in Governmental Relations and Election Law. This area of the firm’s practice consists of representation of federal and state Political Action Committees, as well as interaction with the Federal Election Commission and the New York State Board of Elections. Moreover, the firm reviews federal, state and local legislation on behalf of clients, and interacts with various levels and agencies of government.

The firm’s Land Use and Real Estate practice includes zoning and land use matters, and the representation of clients before Village and Town Boards (Councils), Planning Boards, and Boards of Zoning Appeals. Further, the firm interacts on behalf of its clients with local building departments and boards of health. Moreover, the firm represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Losquadro formerly was counsel to the Suffolk County Public Employment Relations Board (PERB). The firm’s Labor Law practice includes litigation before the National Labor Relations Board, The New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State PERB. In addition, the firm represents labor unions, and engages in collective-bargaining representation.
